A fun way to keep fit
Dancercise is for anyone interested in keeping fit and healthy, whilst having fun at the same time.
Inspired by ballroom and latin dance and music, dancercise uses a variety of styles in it’s routines, including merengue; salsa; rumba; waltz; and foxtrot. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves! No dance experience is required.
Train like a true dancer and enjoy the cardiovascular and body-shaping benefits of a dynamic workout that tones muscles, develops core strength and increases balance. A full dance fitness workout!
Enrolment for the course must be submitted through the Learn in Harrow website (link below).
New course start January, April and September!
